SUZANNE

Suzanne checks, prints, and e-files every tax return while keeping the office running efficiently with excellent management and organizational skills. She is experienced in QuickBooks^® invoicing, file management and keeping the office manager happy. Suzanne embodies the true meaning of Support Staff.

COOKIE

Cookie is John’s administrative assistant, and is in the process of learning the multitude of details necessary to keep things running smoothly. Cookie keeps the offices neat and organized and everybody cheerful with her happy disposition.

KACEY

Kacey, our payroll processing department clerk, is our newest addition to the staff. Kacey also handles accounts payable, billing and reception for PayXpres.

ANDREW

Andrew is the main bookkeeping force behind JWT Management Solutions. He is very knowledgeable in QuickBooks^® and often visits client offices to fix problems or review their QuickBooks^® set-up. Andrew prepares tax returns as well.
